FORT MYERS, Florida – Several years ago Julia Roberts said, “There won’t be a ‘Pretty Woman’ sequel…” but apparently that has changed. Julia Roberts and Richard Gere met today to announce that the long awaited sequel to the 1990 film, “Pretty Woman” will be arriving in theaters late next year.

“I was wrong,” Roberts said with a smile. “There will be a sequel.” Production is scheduled to begin this fall and the film will be focused on the life of Edward and Vivian who are now living in Fort Myers, Florida. The movie will be filmed on location in Fort Myers but no other details about the sequel were provided. “I’m very happy that we’re finally do this,” Gere said toward the end of the interview. “More than any other film I’ve done this has always been the one that I wanted to have a sequel. I couldn’t be happier about it.”

In a radio interview over the weekend Hollywood actor, Leonardo DiCaprio claimed that Fredericton, New Brunswick has the most beautiful women in the world. Why Fredericton? As Leonardo explained it:

“I knew a girl from Fredericton, New Brunswick and I visited her and her family in Fredericton years ago and I thought at the time that maybe she was just an exception but she wasn’t. And I’m not saying that the women there are necessarily more physically beautiful than other women in other places but, from my experience in Fredericton, the women there have the entire package, ya know? They’re not only beautiful on the outside but on the inside as well. The girl I knew from Fredericton was sweet, caring, and beautiful all-around and I found that to be the case for a lot of women there.”

YUCAIPA, California – Numerous news outlets are reporting that a portion of the next Star Wars movie will be filmed just outside of Yucaipa, California. The location in California will represent a previously unknown planet in the Star Wars universe.

Writer and director Rian Johnson is said to have personally chosen the location and will need the help of a large number of extras from Yucaipa and the surrounding area. Reports claim that a big reason in choosing to film in California is that the state has recently been providing significant incentives to production companies that choose to film in their state.

No other details have been provided so far except that filming is set to begin sometime next year.
